# Terms & Conditions

**1. Payments & Refund Policy:**\
All payments made for the Shaolin Saga bot rentals are **final and non-refundable**. By purchasing, renting, or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this **no-refund policy**.

**2. Service Availability & Reliability:**\
While our bots are intended to run continuously (24/7), occasional disruptions due to network, hosting, third-party services, or blockchain conditions may occur. In such events, we will promptly restore the service. You acknowledge that these occasional interruptions **do not entitle you to refunds**, compensation, or extensions of your rental period.

**3. Prohibited Activities (Bot Mirroring & Redistribution):**\
Mirroring, copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing Shaolin Saga bot signals or data without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Any user or server found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned from accessing the service, **without notice and without refund**.

**4. Liability:**\
Shaolin Saga and its creators are not liable for any financial loss, trading losses, or damages related to the use or misuse of the signals or data provided. Users assume full responsibility for their trading decisions.

**5. Acceptance & Updates to Terms:**\
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage after any changes signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
